This playful and engaging 4-week series is designed especially for kids aged 7–10. Each class will offer a fun mix of movement, breath, and stillness to help kids build strength, balance, confidence, and focus—all while having a great time! With games, yoga poses, partner work, and calming relaxation techniques, your child will explore mindfulness and movement in a way that feels lighthearted and empowering.

At the same time: Parents are welcome to join our Yin/Yang Yoga class in the main studio for their own hour of movement and relaxation—a perfect mid-week reset for the whole family.
