Take some time to rejuvenate yourself while supporting a cause that advocates for peoples wellness. This class can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home via zoom. Join Maegan in a gentle yoga practice that aims to restore and nourish your physical, emotional and mental health. Focus is placed on alignment, breath work, and will close with a calming 20 minute meditation. An email will be sent 30 minutes prior to class start time.
