Mom + Baby

Join us for a five-week Mom & Baby Yoga Series, designed to support your post-pregnancy journey with a focus on breath, core strength, and easing tension in your hips and shoulders. This series provides a safe and welcoming space for you to reconnect with your body while bonding with your baby. Each class will incorporate gentle movements to help restore your core, relieve common areas of discomfort, and guide you in mindful breathing. Plus, you’ll have the chance to connect with other moms in a supportive community as you move through this new chapter together.
