Prenatal Yoga

Join us for a 4-week Prenatal Yoga Series designed to support and nurture you through every stage of pregnancy. This series focuses on building a deep connection with your body and baby, using mindful movement, breathwork, and intentional postures to help you optimize how you feel both physically and emotionally. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, these classes will offer a brave, welcoming space to strengthen your body, reduce stress, and prepare for childbirth. Each week, we’ll explore ways to increase comfort, alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, and cultivate a sense of calm and confidence.
