Class Descriptions

Hatha
Hatha focuses on alignment, allowing you the time and space to explore and feel into each posture.  This class includes strong standing and balance postures, helping to build strength, balance and body awareness.  While the pace is steady and intentional, you may find yourself challenged as you hold postures longer and refine your alignment.  Expect a practice that is both grounding and energizing, with an emphasis on mindful movement and breath.  Suitable for all levels.  Warm is 30ºC and Hot is 40ºC

Gentle Hatha
This practice offers a slow and steady approach to the postures, focusing on alignment, breath and mindful movement.  With an emphasis on ease and accessibility, Gentle Hatha allows you to explore postures at a comfortable pace building strength and flexibility with out strain.  Expect a grounding and supportive practice designed to help you move with awareness and leave feeling refreshed and balanced.  Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a softer approach to the practice.  Room temperature.


Hot Vinyasa
Flow with your breath as you build heat in your body. Postures flow gracefully from one to another, building strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. Opportunities are available to play with arm balances and inversions through out the practice!  The room is heated to 40ºC

Candlelight Restorative Touch
Unwind from the day with this calming candlelit class, designed to reconnect you with your body and prepare you for a restful nights sleep.  This practice incorporates soothing low to the ground postures supported by props, allowing you to fully surrender in relaxation. Grounding therapeutic adjustments offered to enhance your experience, encouraging a sense of release and ease.  Expect a peaceful nurturing atmosphere that invites you to slow down, soften and restore.

Pilates
This core focused, full body class builds strength, stability and mobility through controlled, intentional movements.  Rooted in the classical principles of pilates you’ll work on alignment, breath awareness and muscular endurance, with an emphasis on core engagement and functional movement patterns.
Expect a challenging yet accessible practice that enhances posture, balance and overall body awareness.  Whether you are new to Pilates or looking to refine your technique, this class will leave you feeling strong, centred and energized.

Yin
Yin yoga is a slow meditative practice that focuses on deep release and stillness.  Postures are held for several minutes allowing time for the body to soften and the connective tissues to be hydrated.  With an emphasis on relaxation and breath, this practice encourages a sense of calm while enhancing flexibility and mobility.  Yin is the perfect compliment to more active styles of yoga and an invitation to slow down, tune in and let go.

Yin/Yang
This practice blends the best of both worlds: movement and stillness, effort and ease, strength and surrender. Together these complimentary elements create a balanced practice that nourishes both the body and mind.  Expect to leave feeling both refreshed and deeply restored.

Flow
This dynamic practice is a moving meditation, where the breath and movement come together in a seamless rhythm.  Poses are smoothly linked, creating a continuous flow that encourages presence and ease.  Each sequence is thoughtfully designed to strike a balance between strength and flexibility, cultivating both stability and freedom in the body.  Expect a practice that feels fluid, intentional and harmonizing, leaving you feeling connected. Hot is 40ºC and warm is 30ºC

Core and Restore
Find hidden deep core strength through simple yet powerful movements amplified by the breath.  This practice blends core awakening movements with deeply restorative postures, creating a balance between effort and ease.  The intentional sequencing supports stability, resilience and relaxation, leaving you feeling strong yet refreshed.  An awesome way to start your Sunday!

Ashtanga Flow
Inspired by the Ashtanga practice, this class is a dynamic and structured flow that blends strength, stability, and breath awareness. Expect to move through strong standing postures, focusing on alignment and mindful transitions while building endurance and resilience. Prepare to work hard, sweat, and feel invigorated—leaving class with a renewed sense of strength and clarity. Suitable for those looking for a challenging yet rewarding practice. Modifications will be offered, but a willingness to explore and commit to effort is encouraged.
