My experience in White Pine Yoga’s teacher training program has been transformational on multiple levels (mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually). The program is sequenced in a manner that nurtures growth both on, and off the mat. The blend of anatomy, and yogic philosophy gives the program a breadth, and depth valuable to anyone interested in furthering their personal practice of yoga, or for those who would like to teach yoga

My hesitation in signing up for YTT was that I wasn’t good enough, fit enough, strong enough however after our first day together I realized that yoga has such depth and richness that I am always enough and always in need of practice. That’s what YTT opened to me and has given to me for the future. A true gift.

After 18 years of yoga, I felt stale and bored in my practice. I wanted to deepen my understanding and knowledge, and further my own relationship with yoga. 7 short months later, I feel like a different person. I have so much joy in my practice again. My head is swimming with theories and ideas and books and classes. Giving myself permisioon to take this on, and taking WPY's 200 hour teacher trainer, was the best thing I could have done for myself.
